The European Research for Mobile Emission Sources (ERMES) is a group of research institutions, competent authorities, industry associations, whose mission includes the support of cooperative research in the field of transport emission modelling.

2019 ERMES Plenary meeting - Save the dates

The 2019 ERMES Plenary meeting will take place in the afternoon of May 14th and the morning of May 15th in Thessaloniki, Greece. On May 14th the ERMES Plenary session will take place while on the May 15th a Joint ERMES & TFEIP workshop on Road Transport Emissions & Research is scheduled.

The meetings have been organised to have joint sessions with the Task Force for Emissions Inventories and Projections (TFEIP) – whose sessions precede directly those of ERMES (13-14/5). From the 15th (afternoon) to the 17th of May, the Transport and Air Pollution Conference will take place at the same venue. So there will be several exciting sessions on transport across the week. An email with additional details on the time schedule, registration links and venue will follow within the next weeks.

23rd International Transport and Air Pollution Conference: 2020-2030: Transport in critical transition, 15-17 May 2019, Thessaloniki, Greece

The International Transport and Air Pollution Conference (TAP) has been held since 1986 in Graz (Austria), Zurich (Switzerland), Avignon, Reims, Toulouse and Lyon (France), Boulder (Colorado, USA) and Thessaloniki (Greece) and has turned into a key event of dialogue and networking in the areas of transport and air pollution, between scientists, researchers, transport users and decision makers. 

The 23rd TAP conference will take place in Thessaloniki, Greece.

It is co-organized by the Labs of Applied Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer and Environmental Engineering of Aristotle University Thessaloniki and EMISIA SA with the support of the Joint Research Centre. The main theme of the 23rd TAP Conference is “2020-2030: Transport in critical transition”.
